Okay, the hand at the beginning, and the penis are outlined in color. While everything else has black outlines. So it makes the hand and cock look like they're really sticking out. If you color the hand and dick the same way you color the girl it won't look so halfass you know?
And the cum at the end, doesn't look much like cum. It's just a flat one color form, try throwing some shading in there so it looks like real jizz.
These are good porn games, but you need to improve the graphics in those areas you know?

Okay, some problems that you addressed in the author comments are what really make this game a tiny bit fucking obnoxious.
The lack of the pick up button is enough for me to just not want to play at all.
Kept loosing my grenade launcher for a pussy foot handgun.
Fighting a demonic clown, sorry I gotta pause and get the good weapon.

And the lack of a pause button is a little annoying, but you said you couldn't do it, so I'll just have to suck on that.

The plus side, the need to conserve ammo in the hectic fights adds a bit of a frantic masochistic enjoyment to the whole thing.
The impact detection is great, I never punched someone and didn't send them flying. Which in and of itself is deeply satisfying.
I suppose I only expected more from you.
