[red dragon WIP]

I like what you did with his cheeks. The muscles hooking under eachother attaching to bones. Although his body is kind of simple, not as much to look at as the face. Not necessarily a bad thing.
You have a solid understanding of the use of color, something I still lack. All in all a pretty good design, nice piece.
I'm chattering and I sound really pretentious.

Hmm.

The lion wears an odd expression. As if it's disappointed that it is a lion.
The whispy phantom lady is kinda neat, though her hand would be helped by the lions hair moving through her fingers.

His face is just so funny. And that's exacly what his plan was.

He's just fuckin' cool.

Looks kinda 70's to me, with the earthy colors and radiating lines and stuff. Shades probably add to that too.

Neat-O

I like the exposed muscles around its teeth. The symmetry in its organs and texture in the stomachs and brains adds an extra bit of believability to the image. However it still remains very true to the original super metroid art. Maintaining the roundness and greeness.

I also liked the techno-babble physiology you gave in the author comment, but you left out mentioning how they float.

That's actually cool.

However, the gun is oversimple. With the complexity of the creature design, the gun looks... well stupid.
The use of color and everything is fine though. Contrast, highlights etc. etc.

Aha...

This is what the fight at the end of the Wolverine movie would have looked like if the movie didn't suck.

The colors are overtly vibrant for my tastes. But that's just how you draw. So I can't complain about a design choice like that. But I don't remember wolverine having such thick arms.

Hey, that's neat.

The muscles and textures in the skin are all really well put together here. Though I'm not exactly sure if the creature is just an asshole, or if his appearance emphasizes the joke written around him.

Well done.

Texture on his "eyes" is a nice touch. But his tongue could use more definition and... tongue-ness.
