Hell yeah. I like the posture and the crazy mouth he's got. You did a good job, pretty off the wall design. really nicely done. What does he eat?

Not much going on here, mostly interesting texture and vascular/hairy effects. I like the rotten flesh face, but he's just standing. No action or anything to carry the eye. You put a lot of extra care into his face, so that looks great. But he's plain otherwise.
You could do more but I like it.

I like what you did with his weird ass hand-wing-fins he's got. But the human-like pectoral muscles look downright goofy. Also the membrane of skin from his ribs to the wrist of his wing looks like it would get in the way. I love his face though, the slight coloring on his beak and the streamlined featherless skin look really nice here. I like the dorsal spikes going up his neck, better than having only the six flaps. Subtle musculature, pretty nice details overall.

I like what you did with his cheeks. The muscles hooking under eachother attaching to bones. Although his body is kind of simple, not as much to look at as the face. Not necessarily a bad thing.
You have a solid understanding of the use of color, something I still lack. All in all a pretty good design, nice piece.
I'm chattering and I sound really pretentious.

The lion wears an odd expression. As if it's disappointed that it is a lion.
The whispy phantom lady is kinda neat, though her hand would be helped by the lions hair moving through her fingers.

Looks kinda 70's to me, with the earthy colors and radiating lines and stuff. Shades probably add to that too.
